Multi-room properties such as hotels and guest houses can use the "wiseprice" feature so if a guest wants to make a late booking and you have lots of rooms of a certain type free, then those room types are automatically discounted.
• Mulitple Properties, Multiple Users - Property managers can be assigned to any combination of properties that you wish. They're automatically given access to the properties that they create and gateway settings for each property are unique, allowing you to offer services to multiple clients at will.
